If your skin feels tired, congested or dehydrated, The Hydro-Glow Facial is our signature deep cleanse — and The Hydro-Glow Express gives you the essentials when you’re short on time. For pigmentation, breakouts or texture, The Reset Peel is custom-selected for your concern. For texture, scarring and early signs of ageing, our Tier 3 regenerative microneedling goes deeper. Your skin assessment guides the final choice.
Are the products chosen for my skin?
Yes. All products and protocols are tailored to your skin. Oily, dry, sensitive or acne-prone — your cleansers, exfoliants, serums and masks are individually selected based on your skin’s needs and treatment goals.
Is there any downtime?
The Hydro-Glow Facial has zero downtime — you leave with smoother, brighter, deeply hydrated skin. For peels and microneedling, we’ll talk you through exactly what to expect and how to care for your skin afterwards; The Reset Peel comes with a take-home aftercare kit.
Do you offer courses?
Yes. The Reset Peel is £200 per session or £600 for a course of three; Chemical Peels are £200 per session or £500 for three; and The Exosome Revolution is £650 per session or £1,750 for three. The Lymphatic Sculpting Massage comes as a package of three 30-minute sessions for £250, and laser hair removal as a course of six.
What is PRP, and how does The Liquid Gold Facial use it?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy uses your body’s own healing power to rebuild collagen and smooth texture. A small blood sample is drawn and prepared during your appointment, then infused into the skin with microneedling — and/or by targeted injection where indicated.
Is microneedling uncomfortable?
Numbing cream is included in The Liquid Gold Facial and The Exosome Revolution, and is available for Advanced Microneedling if required.
Can I add LED light therapy?
Yes — LED Light Therapy is available as an add-on for £90. It’s already included in The Hydro-Glow Express, The Liquid Gold Facial and The Exosome Revolution.

Every treatment at By Narjis begins with a bespoke consultation. We assess your features, discuss your goals honestly, and only recommend what will genuinely suit you — including, sometimes, less than you asked for.
